Omen is a good threat meter if you run dungeons and raids a lot. I actually prefer Lightheaded over questhelper. It gives you in game access to all the wowhead.com comments to help with quests. Cartographer is a good map addon if you didnt get Atlas with Atlas Loot. Gatherer can help show you plants, mines etc for professions. Auctioneer is a good one to have mostly because it shows how much a vendor will pay for items to help you decide to auction or not. I use Titan Panel to add a bar to track gold, bag spance, XP, Time played, loot types, ammo etc. I think thats it.

i would delete quest helper. it will start messing up on you very soon.
get Carbonite instead. its just a good and doesnt mess up as much.
i would get Bartender so you can adujust your action bars and the rest would depend on what class you are.
if your a mage, then i would get MageFever also. lets you know when your talents proc.
