How do I enable Firefox Addons made for Firefox 2 in Firefox 3 Beta 3?

Nightly Tester Tools Lite is one program that promises to enable older addons for the new Beta.
but its not compatible with Beta 3, only Beta 1 and 2…
any ideas?

I think i was under the impression that add-ons wouldnt work with the new beta

That is the joy of beta and open source software. If something does not work in the beta, join in on the project and help make it work! Best to ask the question as well in the firefox developers forum on the mozilla site.
