Linux Video Editing Software – What an Open Source Sony Vegas Looks Like

This quick tutorial will teach you how to put together a video complete with titles, transitions and effects! It’s easy to learn the basics of video editing, especially in Linux! The program I used is called Kdenlive, It’s like Sony Vegas, except it’s free and open-source! www.kdenlive.orgSubmited by:NixiePixel

I think Am dying to take my holidays soon, and maybe spend some of that time off refurbishing the old computer and trying Linux. Your videos have reignited an enthusiasm in computing that has been dormant for years (heck I even used to enjoy programming, back in the pre-windows days!) Looking forward to more of your videos. :) cheers from Aus.

I think Does capture HD videos?

  • YogiToad Said:

kdenlive is probably the easiest and best editor for Linux, but i find that it freezes, crashes, stalls, and plays your video feedback like an airplane crash… if you can learn it without needing any feedback as you go along….good luck… if not you’re screwed.

  • Keruaran Said:

I think What are you complaining here for ? Go complain to Adobe…
