What Firefox addons could I use to improve my security?

How to block ALL sites (except only one) with Firefox?

I want to know how to set up one of my computers so it can only access one site (I hate all that junk everyone posts up on the web).
Is there a simple way to make a computer only able to view ONE site? Like at a local library, how they only set up their computer to view the main library’s site.

I was curious about the TrackMeNot extension, but when I installed it, I didn’t understand how to use it, so I uninstalled it.

Is the PhishTank Site Checker the same thing as the phishing filter in Internet Explorer?

What is the name of a software, which can be used to install odd software safely?
